- Carrots: 2 medium sized, Diced
- Onion: 1 Large, Diced
- Garlic Cloves: 2 Crushed
- Ginger: 1 inch, Diced
- Parsley: 1 bunch
- Radish: 1 peeled
- Freshly Ground Pepper: 1 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 2 Tsp
- Salt: To Taste
- Water: 4 cups
- Put all the veggies including ginger and garlic in a pan, add water and cover.
- Bring it to boil over medium heat.
- Simmer it for 40 minutes.
- Add turmeric and stir well.
- Strain the liquid to remove the vegetable and to obtain a glossy clear liquid.
- Add pepper and salt.
- Serve piping hot.
