What is Shemeric?

RECOMMENED DOSAGE OF SHEMERIC:
For 10 years & above: ½ tsp twice a day
You can use Shemeric in a number of ways. They are as follows:
- Take ½ tsp of Shemeric, a pinch of black pepper and boil it with 1 cup of water. Once boiled, add few drops of honey to it. Consume twice daily. OR
- You can add ½ tsp of Shemeric in your soup while cooking it and have it at once a day. OR
- Take ½ tsp of Shemeric and boil it with 1 cup of milk and add a pinch of black pepper to it. Once boiled, add a dash of honey for sweetness. Take this twice daily.
Please Note- Whichever way you try, make sure to first begin with small quantity of SHEMERIC, observe the effects on your body and then proceed further. Also, direct intake is not advisable during Pregnancy! However, it is considered safe if consumed as a spice in food.
