What is Tummyric?

You may be a foodie who loves to experiment with food and try out different dishes, but your stomach worries may be a big hindrance for you to do so. What you can do is make necessary changes in your lifestyle with good eating habits, regular exercising and also avoiding over the counter pain killers and find happiness in your everyday living.

Tummyric is a specially formulated product at Bagdara Farms that plays a pivotal role in prevention, treatment and cure of various ailments, discomforts and diseases linked with the stomach. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a major worry for many individuals all over the world. There are many reasons for this but the good news is that Tummyric from Bagdara Farms can cure all these problems with the therapeutic properties due to the high curcumin content in it. There are many reasons due to which irritable bowel happens like consuming aerated drinks, fatty foods, caffeinated foods and drinks, over the counter painkillers, chemical additives, anxiety etc. A weak stomach can also lead to this syndrome. There are certain intestinal conditions as well like peptic ulcers, cramps, diarrhea, bloating, gastric trouble, ulcerative colitis and loss of appetite. All these troubles can be cured with the help of Tummyric.

Consuming Tummyric on a regular basis also leads to dissolvement of gall bladder stones, lowers inflammation, lowers the levels of enzymes, erosion and irritation caused in the stomach and also helps to boost the energy levels of one’s body. Tummyric can manage all these since it has excellent antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, anti-bacterial, anti-carcinogenic and anti-viral properties. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE & USAGE OF TUMMYRIC:

Tummyric can be taken by people of all age groups except infants. Here is the recommended dosage of Tummyric for various age groups:

For 5 to 9years old: ¼ tsp twice a day 

  • ¼ teaspoon of Tummyric can be mixed in 1 small bowl of yoghurt and given to children once in a day. You can add little bit of sugar or salt to it. OR
  • ¼ teaspoon of Tummyric can also be taken with warm water and a dash of honey before sleeping.

For 10 years & above: ½ tsp twice a day 

  • Take ½ tsp of Tummyric, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of salt and add it to 1 bowl of curd. Have this twice daily. OR
  • Tummyric can also be taken with green tea and honey. Just add ½ teaspoon of it in your green tea and you can take this twice a day. OR
  • Consume one teaspoon of Tummyric with warm water and honey at bed time and it will greatly help to lessen stomach troubles.

Please Note -It is advisable to start the dosage for all age limits in small quantity and then gradually increase it. It is also important to be cautious, not to give this product to children below the age of 2 years.

    I kniw this is a slightly unusual way of using Tummyric but my father recently tries applying a oaste made using Tummyric and cocnut oil on his hemorrhoid ulcers and attained a great deal of relief from it. He has been suffering from hemorrhoids for a couple of years and not much has helped him. He has tried warm water soaks and NSAIDs to lower the inflammation but these methods have only given temporary relief.Applying Tummyric externally and consuming it as well has helped him immensely in managing the pain better. Oral consumption of Tummyric has helped him avoid constipation which was a major aggravating factor. The Tummyric – coconut oil ointment has helped heal the ulcers faster and given him much relief from the pain and discomfort

    Thanks to the rains in Delhi and the increase in the number of harmful bacteria due to it, I came down with a serious case of bacterial gastroenteritis recently. For weeks I suffered from abdominal cramps, diarrhea and vomiting and was bed ridden. Aside from the antibiotics that my doctor prescribed for me, I also began taking Tummyric. This wonderful product has expedited my recovery process and has ensured that all my symptoms toned down in severity. It has helped keep dehydration at bay and has also cleared up the infection quickly without any complications.

    my husband has what one can call a perpetual heartburn and because of this he wouldn’t eat half the things and cooking was a challenge and also we could never eat out as he would always use his heartburn as an excuse. my friend told us about tummyric and we git a bottle he has been taking it as per the instructions and his system has improved immensely and now we do go out to enjoy a meal here and there and his heartburn has gone for good.

    my husband would develop an upset tummy very son especially after his tour or after we would eat out all of this changed when he started using tummyric now his immunity is stronger and he also does not have these frequent bouts of upset tummy. now all of us are using this product and we enjoy eating out without the fear of upsetting our tummy.

    This product does help in making the stomach more immune to infections but it does not work very effectively when your stomach is already upset. I tried taking it as usual even during a bout of the stomach flu and my system just did not react well to it. My diarrhea became worse and I had to stop taking it for some time. I have resumed it now that I am over the stomach bug because I know that it keeps me away from recurring stomach disorders.

    I used to suffer from constipation very frequently earlier. It used to get so bad sometimes that I would also experience bloating and abdominal cramps. Ever since I have been taking Tummyric though, my stomach has been acting much better. I haven’t had a bout of constipation in weeks and I feel so much more lighter, happier, and healthier all thanks to Tummyric!

Few options of probiotics are –

Kimchi – This is a popular Korean preparation where the major ingredient is usually cabbage. This leafy vegetable facilitates the growth of healthy bacteria in the colon. Further, it is well known that cabbage is a type of fiber that does not get digested, thus helping in eliminating waste, keeping bowel movements regular.
