Ingredients:

  • Milk :  2 Cups
  • Ginger Powder :  1 Teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder :  1 Teaspoon
  • Black Pepper :   A Pinch
  • Honey :   To Taste

Recipe:

  • Heat the milk
  • Add the spices
  • Let it simmer for a few minutes
  • Drink Hot

 

TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

Beat the heat, with the goodness of the natural goodness. A delicious way, to have your favorite smoothie.

Ingredients

 

  • ManCurd : 1 cup
  • Mango :   ½ Cup
  • Banana :   ½ Cup
  • Turmeric  :  1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon :  ½ teaspoon
  • Honey :  To Taste

Recipe:

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender until smooth
  • Add ice if you like it extra chilled

Voila! The super delicious, scrumptious and delectable smoothie is ready.

TURMERIC AND LEMON IN WARM WATER

A daily detox drink is sure to lift your spirit; it will jazz up your mornings and help you get a goodnight’s sleep.

Ingredients:

  • Lemon  : ½
  • Turmeric : ½ Teaspoon
  • Warm water : A Cup
  • Honey : To Taste

Recipe:

  • Add lemon to warm water
  • Mix in the turmeric powder
  • Add honey
  • Stir well
