Diseases related to thyroid are fast spreading not just in India but all over the world. As per a paper written by Ambika Gopalakrishnan Unnikrishnan and Usha V. Menon in the Indian Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism, 42 million people in India alone suffer from thyroid diseases. The most prevalent of thyroid diseases in India are – hyperthyroidism, goiter and iodine deficiency disorders, thyroid cancer, hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
Needless to say there are a plethora of conventional medicines recommended by doctors to patients suffering from thyroid disorders. But pumping one’s body with chemicals seems rather brutal especially since there is an all-natural alternate therapy available in the form of Thyromeric right from the womb of our beautiful country. Bagdara Farms in Katni, Madhya Pradesh have been producing this absolutely brilliant product for some time now and the benefits that Thyromeric has over other medications are many. With its inherent anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and antiseptic properties, curcumin – the chief constituent of Thyromeric aids and assists in inhibiting this disease.
Best Ways to Consume Thyromeric
Thyromeric is usually consumed with coconut milk and a pinch of black pepper. The amount of Thyromeric used in this concoction is about half a teaspoon. Thyromeric can also be blended in to smoothies for a more fun way of taking it. The following five smoothie recipes are bound to titillate your taste buds. So, go on, try them out –

Can I add a bit of jaggery to these smoothies as it is a great source of iron? Will it complement the curcumin in Thyromeric or will it hamper its effects??
Yes, curcumin goes well with almost all other natural therapeutic substances like jaggery, ginger, basil, honey, and lemon. It does not react with any of them and in fact, enhances their healing effects. None of these ingredients hampers the effects of curcumin. For thyroid related defects, curcumin is the best natural remedy as it helps attenuate all the side effects of thyroid disorders like weight gain, hair loss, lack of energy, and stress.
