Procedure to take Turmflu Capsule is as follows:

Take either 2 cups of water or 2 cups of milk, 1/2 TSP Turmflu Capsule powder and a pinch of black pepper powder and boil it till only 1 cup is left. Pour the mix in the cup and add lil bit of honey or sugar or jaggery to sweeten the taste. Drink this twice daily. Keep each sip in your mouth for 15-20 seconds and then gulp it down.

Please Note – It is advisable to start the dosage for all ages in small quantity and then gradually increase it. It is also important to be cautious, not to give this product to children below the age of 2 years before consulting us.
