Chase Away Insomnia With Tea-Meric

Biliousness and insomnia take their toll and I really face the brunt of it. For long I have been looking for something consistent that would help me fight the winter blues and insomnia, because rest everything had been tried and it was all in vain. Turns out that the earthy turmeric that has been sitting in my kitchen cabinet for years I can remember would come to my rescue. So after browsing and researching I came to the conclusion that this winter would be all about natural and an organic remedy to get rid of this painful insomnia. Insomnia also known as a condition that causes sleeplessness is a sleep disorder, where the person suffering would have difficulty in sleeping. It leaves you tired, with low energy levels and foul mood and adversely affects your work performance and your quality of life.

- 1cup Almond milk or milk of your choice
- ½ teaspoon Tea-Meric
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ freshly crushed ginger or powdered ginger
- I teaspoon honey
Heat the milk in a sauce pan. When the milk is hot, add ginger, keep in for a minute on low heat to avoid curdling incase of fresh ginger. Add Tea-Meric , cinnamon and honey. Mix well, pour it out in your favorite cup and enjoy your cuppa, to chase away insomnia and raise a toast to a good night’s sleep.
