At Bagdara Farms, every product is grown, harvested, and packed with great care. We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly return process.
Important: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund.
Eligible for Return
- Damaged product received during transit.
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Packaging defect affecting product quality.
- Product received in unusable condition.
Return Conditions
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- The original packaging should remain intact.
- A valid order ID must be provided.
- Photos or videos may be requested for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened products.
- Used or partially consumed products.
- Products damaged due to improper storage.
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
- Complimentary, free, or promotional items.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Bagdara Farms will bear the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
